The issue of this week's episode is local level planning process focusing on management of budget specially by youth club members. The episode starts off with hosts Sabita and Meera discussing about how to take care of seasonal flu as well as inform about the air time schedule of SSMK.

In the drama, Suryadaya youth club has just received their fund for a street drama in local level elections. Club president and treasurer Shishir and Rakshya respectively take on the responsibilities of the expenditure incurred in the activities. As they haven't made a proper budget planning for their program, they spend recklessly in unnecessary headings like that in lunches. At the end of the day, they aren't left with enough money to pay for the hired equipment and are left helpless. What will they do? Tune into this week's episode to find out.
